Ticketing

Once a ticket has been paid for, the booking is confirmed.

The term “Ticket” refers to any proof of purchase provided by PartyBookers Budapest. This includes but is not limited to, Confirmation Emails, PartyBookers Voucher, e-tickets and QR Codes.

If you select a discount, you must be able to provide the required proof of entitlement upon entry to the event. Failure to do so may result in additional payment or refusal of entry.

Cancellation requests will not be accepted within 3 hours of the booked event. For further details on our refund procedures, please refer to section 2 on Refunds and Cancellations.

Refunds and Cancellations

All refunds are up to the discretion of PartyBookers Budapest Management and their selected suppliers.

Cancel at least 24 hours before the start time of the program and get a 100% refund.

Cancel at least 3 hours before the start time of the program and receive the full value of your paid amount as credit to use on our site for future bookings.

No refund or credit issued for cancellations with less than 3 hours notice

If in the unlikely situation we need to cancel your booked event/activity, we will contact you at the earliest opportunity and offer an exchange onto another event or a full refund.

Code of Conduct and Refusal of Entry/Service

Any guests arriving to events visibly intoxicated may be refused entry with no refund given.

We operate a 3 strike policy to relieve our staff from repeated intolerable behaviour. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Unwanted physical contact towards any employee, partner or supplier to the company.
• Public disturbance
• Vandalism and damage to public property and that which otherwise does not belong to a member of the party
• Indecent exposure
• Disregard for public safety

Our guides are all instructed to stop an activity immediately once a group has received its third warning throughout the period of the booked activities. If this occurs, no refund will be awarded.

Responsible drinking and Zero Drugs Tolerance Policy

Some Activity providers and establishments require strict safety rules and retain the right to refuse entry to any guest visibly intoxicated. We will alert you to any specific requirements (e.g. some activities require you to be completely sober) where possible.

Being drunk is not an excuse for not following the code of conduct.

We all like to drink, but no friend wants to ruin their night having to look after another. Please know and stick to your limits!

As with most countries in the world, drug use and the buying of drugs is illegal. Please do not ask any of our guides or activity partners to help get you drugs. Being caught carries a HUGE penalty, including jail time. Please do not put our staff in this position.

Late Arrival

In the event of Boat Parties

• Boarding time will commence 30 minutes before the advertised start time.
• Unless otherwise stated, the advertised start time is when last entry will be allowed. Anyone arriving to the boat after this time will be refused entry and not eligible for refund.

In all other events and activities

• Please aim to arrive with at least 10 minutes before the advertised start time. We cannot guarantee extra time will be added on to the end of the booked activity in the event of late arrival.
• No refund will be awarded to any reduced service or event termination due to late arrival.
